Hi Operator!

You’re here, which probably means a few things:

  • You’re leading Ops, CS, RevOps or Strategy at a fast-growing company (150–1,000 people)

  • You’re being asked to “do something with AI” — and you want to cut through the noise and actually ship

  • You’re looking to upskill your team, automate the repetitive stuff, and deliver results without waiting on engineering

  • And frankly, you’re tired of the AI hype and just want to know what’s actually working

If that sounds about right, you’re in the right place. Let’s make your ops team the most AI-savvy part of the company.

But first, let me introduce myself…

I’m Marc. I’m the COO of a 1,200-person tech scale-up, and I’m currently leading our rollout of AI and automation across Ops, CS, RevOps and beyond.

It’s a wild time to be in operations: pressure to cut costs is rising, AI is moving fast, and most teams are still stuck in slide decks, not workflows

So I started Operator Notes.

Why? Because most AI content out there is either too fluffy or too technical. My goal is to make this useful enough that you’d forward it to your Head of CX or Revenue Ops.

Every week, I’ll send you:

AI Ops Radar – what dropped in AI this week and why you should care
Field Guide – one hands-on playbook, org framework, or workflow blueprint
Tool Test-Drive – my take on a tool I tried this week (⭐️ YES, WAIT, SKIP)

No hype, no theory. Just notes from the field with what we’re actually implementing, what’s working, and how you can copy it for your team.

You can read the first Field Note here or just wait for the next one to hit your inbox next Monday.

Glad to have you on board,
